Yvette is a litigator with extensive experience in advising and representing international clients on a broad range of disputes, including multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, media law issues and judicial review. She also has experience in handling consumer protection and employment claims.
As a solicitor advocate, Yvette has full rights of audience to appear before all levels of Hong Kong courts as an advocate in civil proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Yvette was with the dispute resolution practice of another international law firm, having spent time in both the Hong Kong and London offices.
