About me

I’m a partner specialising in real estate law with more than 25 years’ experience advising on development, investment, finance and occupation for a broad range of clients. I advise on commercial property transactions ranging from £20 million to £140 million and have particular experience in managing extensive property portfolios and pioneering new real estate sectors.

I take a commercial, collaborative, approach, aiming to deliver clear advice that helps steer transactions to a positive outcome while ensuring clients feel supported throughout.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is building long-term relationships with clients and helping them unlock the potential of their real estate assets, which gives me the opportunity to contribute to shaping the built environment in London and beyond.

My career combines legal expertise with leadership roles in planning and governance, having chaired major planning committees, served as a trustee and non-executive director in the housing sector and advised on billions of pounds worth of UK property.

Away from work, I’m actively involved in public service and charitable work, as a volunteer in the Army Reserve, chair of the Planning and Transportation Committee at the City of London Corporation and as a trustee of Marshall’s Charity.
