About me
I’m here to help the NHS, insurers, private clinics and doctors settle clinical negligence claims brought against them. I’m experienced in dealing with claims in many different specialties including obstetrics, paediatrics and aesthetic and cosmetic surgery.
Throughout my career I’ve been involved in various high-profile cases including a public enquiry, helping me gain a deep understanding of the pressures my clients are often under. I appreciate that for clinicians, being involved in a claim can carry a deeply personal and emotional weight, adding to the already considerable demands of their professional responsibilities. I always keep this front of mind, bringing a calm, empathetic and solution-focused approach when acting for my clients.
I also enjoy sharing my expertise and I regularly run training sessions for clinicians and clients on topics such as medical consent and aesthetics.
