I specialise in commercial property law.
I advise high net worth individuals, companies, lenders and banks on matters such as the sale and purchase of commercial property, as well as leasing and handling refinancing transactions.

Contributing to my community matters to me. I volunteer at my local care home whenever I can, while I’m also a strong believer in helping others through pro bono work.

- Acted for a company in the granting of simultaneous leases of multiple commercial office units in South West London.

- Acted for a major specialist lender in relation to securing a loan over a freehold building serving as a nursery.
- Acted for a pension fund in the sale of a commercial shop which was to be converted by the purchaser into a residential flat.
- Acted for a church committee in the first registration of a portion of unused land within the curtilage of the church building.
