About me
I’m a Real Estate partner and Head of the firm’s Real Estate team specialising in commercial real estate, development and investment.
My clients are developers and investors, a significant number of whom I’ve known and worked with for many years now, so I like to think they know me well. I generally approach a transaction for my clients by fully immersing myself in it and remaining part of it throughout the whole process. That way, I’m always ‘present’ for my clients and they know how much it means to me to help them achieve the outcome we’re aiming for.
Seeing a project, I’ve advised on come to fruition as a completed scheme is incredibly rewarding, especially when I can point it out to my family and say, “Look, I played a part in making that happen!”
Outside of work, I’m still keeping busy, helping run the Ormskirk West End Under 15s junior football team, spending time with my family and pursuing my lifelong passions for music. The music world may largely be digital now, but I’ll always love playing my guitar and listening to my ever-expanding vinyl collection.
My experience
- Member and former committee member of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce
- Have acted as legal adviser and client relationship manager to National Express and its associated companies for almost 20 years.
- Handled the development work for the Museum of Liverpool located on the waterfront at the city’s Pier Head.
- Acted as legal adviser for numerous mixed-use private residential development schemes in the north-west of England.
