About me
I’m a corporate lawyer who specialises in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, early-stage investments and other corporate work, across a broad range of sectors.
I work with issuers, corporate advisers and brokers on IPOs, secondary fundraisings and restructurings on the Main Market, AIM and Aquis. I also work with the founders of start-ups and scale-ups on early-stage fundraising rounds.
I take the time to determine what truly matters to my clients, what their circumstances are and what obstacles they face. I translate this into practical, legally sound advice that clients can rely on to make the decisions that are right for them and to get transactions done.
I’m in it for the long term – I build strong relationships, based on trust and mutual respect, with my clients, ensuring I can be there to support them whatever challenges lie ahead.
Outside of work, I have an interest in history, having studied this at the University of Exeter.
