About me
I’m a commercial property solicitor specialising in Health Real Estate for public and private sector healthcare clients, many of which are NHS organisations.
I act as a strategic partner to my public sector clients, helping to bridge the gap between real estate law and the highly regulated healthcare environment. This includes support with the structure of transactions, negotiations, overage and specific drafting for medical clients.
My approach is collaborative and solution-orientated, treating every client relationship as a partnership – listening to their goals, identifying risks and helping them navigate decisions with clarity.
What’s most rewarding about my work is seeing the direct impact it can have on the communities my clients work in, whether that’s the opening of a new mental health facility or an easement to get much-needed power to an MRI unit. Seeing construction begin on a site for which I handled a very complex lease negotiation, just after joining the firm in April 2025, is still one my proudest moments.
