About me
I’m a legal director within the Corporate team and advise on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on private M&A transactions.
My client portfolio includes a wide range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals and SMEs through to PLCs and private equity houses.
I like to take a proactive approach to dealing with matters and always aim to be responsive to my clients’ needs and requests. For me, that means taking the time to fully understand their commercial objectives and being pragmatic in terms of the advice I give to clients to ensure we achieve those outcomes over the course of the transaction.
Whenever I advise on a transaction, I focus on what matters to my clients, always keeping them ‘in the loop’ on progress and fully briefed, making legal terminology easy to understand on the various terms.
M&A transactions are almost without exception a team effort, so there’s a huge sense of satisfaction in successfully delivering a transaction alongside my client and their other advisers.

- Advising Northgate Vehicle Hire (subsidiary of Zigup PLC) on its acquisition of Fridgexpress UK Limited.
