I’m an approachable, reliable and commercially minded corporate lawyer, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, group reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
Acting for a broad range of clients, including private companies, investors and individuals, I take a collaborative and solution-driven approach. Building strong, long-term relationships is really important to me, and I find it rewarding to help clients grow, evolve, or transition their businesses, supporting them through all stages of a transaction.
My experience spans various sectors. I like to think I’m able to explain and simplify complex legal issues into clear, straightforward advice, empowering our clients to act confidently in making informed decisions.
Ultimately, I aim to be a trusted advisor who adds value beyond just the legal aspects of a transaction.
My experience
- Advised the shareholders of MIS Active Management Systems, a social housing software provider, on its sale to Aareon Group which is backed by leading global alternative asset manager TPG.
- Advised Sentry Aerospares, A portfolio company of US private equity investor, Acorn Capital Management on the successful closing of a single-asset continuation fund to extend and deepen its partnership with Acorn.
- Advised Reconomy (backed by EMK Capital), the UKs leading provider of outsourced waste management and recycling services, in relation to multiple acquisitions as part of its buy and build strategy. This has included advising Reconomy in respect of its acquisitions of ACM Environmental, Eurokey Recycling, Advanced Waste Solutions, UK Waste Solutions and Ecofficiency amongst others.
- Advised regional accountancy practice BK Plus on its investment from Palatine
- Advised US private equity house, Acorn Capital Management , on the leveraged buy-out of EirTrade Aviation.
- Advised Phenna Group (backed by Oakley Capital) on numerous acquisitions.
