About me
As an associate in the Ship Finance and Corporate team in Piraeus, I advise on a broad range of non-contentious matters. I act for domestic and international financial institutions and shipowners on financing arrangements, vessel sale and purchases, and corporate structuring.
My experience includes negotiating loan agreements and related security packages, hedging documentation and dealing with vessel registrations. As a member of the offshore jurisdictions team, I also advise clients on transactions involving Marshall Islands and Liberian law.
I bring a commercially focused, client-first approach, aiming to simplify complexity and deliver tailored solutions that meet strategic objectives. Before joining Hill Dickinson, I gained experience at leading law firms.
I hold an LLB from the University of Athens, an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from London School of Economics and a Minor in Finance from the American College of Greece.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, sports and a good book.
