About me
As a corporate associate in our Leeds office, I advise on all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, investments and joint ventures.
Acting for a range of clients, such as private companies, owner-managed businesses, management teams and listed companies, I’m passionate about providing clear, commercial advice.
My aim above all is to be responsive, reliable and proactive on every matter. I find completing deals for clients particularly rewarding – seeing a transaction through from start to finish and knowing it supports their wider goals.
I’m highly motivated and organised, and really value taking a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and other advisors to make deals happen efficiently.
I’m proud to be part of the firm’s gender networking group, which supports inclusion and promotes gender equity across the business. Outside of work, one of my favourite memories is my trip to Japan in 2023 – especially spending time experiencing the culture in Kyoto.

- Advised Rockman Advanced Composites (India) on its acquisition of UK-based Project 12 Limited.
- Acted for a private equity backed veterinary services group on multiple UK acquisitions of veterinary practices.
- Advised London-based SP Angel as nominated adviser to CRISM Therapeutics on admission to AIM.
- Advised the shareholders of Chapman’s Agricultural on a disposal to private investment firm GIL Investments.
- Advised Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC on its successful equity fundraising round.
