About me
I’m a corporate partner specialising in M&A, ECM and private capital and company law in general. I assist clients by delivering the deal, with a focus on quality and commercial advice, but I also nurture the relationship at a senior level to be the go-to support on a breadth of issues.
My clients are typically established companies needing professional support across a range of areas or companies looking to grow, either through acquisitions or equity investment, where I can support at all the key stages of growth.
My in-depth experience across all areas of corporate law means I’m able to take a company right through its growth phase into M&A, PE investment or an IPO – I have both PE and ECM experience, as well as M&A.
I’m a team player and I apply that approach to my work, building good relationships that matter, whether that’s with the senior decision-makers, such as directors, the executive team and non-executive directors or with my deal team colleagues. My testimonials show that I always push for the best outcome for the client, being commercial and reasonable.
Away from work, I’m involved in a group running family events to raise money for Save the Children and local charities, such as food banks. Since joining the committee, I’m really proud that we’ve already raised over £100,000.
