About me

I specialise in commercial dispute resolution, dealing with a wide range of disputes for a broad range of clients spanning SMEs, companies, entrepreneurs, partnerships, high net worth individuals and regulators.

I deal with a wide range of contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, breaches of directors’ duties, civil fraud and regulatory issues. I also have expertise in construction and engineering, IT/software licensing and professional negligence claims.

The disputes I handle are often highly complex, typically involving High Court and appellate litigation or international arbitration. I’m also familiar with adjudication, expert determination and mediation.

I put my clients’ interests first and determine at the outset what result they want to achieve and then work to secure the optimum outcome for them, whether that’s settlement on the best possible terms or winning a case at trial.

Whatever the nature of the dispute, I provide clear strategic insight, tenacity, responsiveness, skilful handling of complex matters and, where appropriate, a suitably forceful and robust approach.

I also Chair the firm’s international committee, the Referral Alliance.

Outside of work I enjoy tennis, canoeing, singing in a city choir, theatre and travel.
