About me
I specialise in providing commercial and regulatory advice to clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
My work involves drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, such as supply agreements, distribution agreements, or terms and conditions. I also advise on the regulatory elements linked to these contracts, and on other regulatory matters across the life sciences sector. This can range from advising a clinic on proposed TV adverts, to advising as to whether a new app constitutes a medical device.
Whether it’s with NHS bodies, healthtech start-ups, fertility clinics or other private healthcare businesses, I love collaborating with such diverse and innovative clients, and being able to be part of new technologies, services and medical devices that are often cutting edge.
My approach is to be pragmatic, commercial and communicative with clients. I’m calm when working under pressure, and understand the different needs of each client.
My experience
- Drafting terms and conditions for multiple fertility clinics, start-ups, and other private healthcare providers.
- Advising numerous cannabis clinics on various commercial and regulatory matters, including advertising.
- Providing regulatory advice to MedPal AI in its recent admission to AIM.
- Advising app creators as to whether their software constitutes a medical device.
- Drafting and negotiating on collaboration agreements between private and public sector bodies.
- Advising an NHS Foundation Trust on numerous commercial contracts that it enters into.
