About me

I’m a partner in our Health Employment team, advising public, commercial and third sector clients on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues.

I have a particular specialism in advising NHS trusts, GP practices and other healthcare bodies and am the firm’s employment lead for our primary care clients.

My work involves supporting organisations in dealing with difficult investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and defending Employment Tribunal claims that can range from unfair dismissals to multifaceted discrimination, whistleblowing and victimisation claims.

I advise clients on day-to-day employment related matters and provide strategic advice on restructuring/organisational change, collective consultation and TUPE, as well as offering HR and management training.

I love working closely with my clients, getting to know them and their organisations better, and trying to help them find pragmatic solutions to the issues they have.

Outside of work, I’m a mother to three young children, a keen runner and also do yoga, pilates and aqua classes. It certainly makes for a busy, interesting, life - and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
