About me
I handle disputes relating to the international sale and transport of commodities, including LNG, oil, soft commodities, metals and minerals.
My specialism is dispute resolution and international arbitration, focusing on disputes concerning sales contracts, payment mechanisms, charterparties and bills of lading. I’m well versed in handling cases that are complex or cross-jurisdictional, while I also advise clients on trading terms and navigating regulatory and geopolitical matters as they evolve.
The kinds of clients I support include agribusinesses, trading houses, energy companies and insurers, as well as charterers, ship owners and P&I clubs.
I’m thorough and straightforward, acting as a trusted adviser that clients can depend on to settle disputes efficiently and effectively. I’m driven by the challenge of finding a commercial and practical solution that works for all aspects of the dispute.
