About me

I advise P&I clubs, owners, charterers, traders and operators on complex disputes.

The kinds of disputes I handle relate to charterparties, bills of lading, MOAs, sale contracts, ship building agreements and war risks insurance policies. I’m often involved in arbitration and also have experience in mediation and court proceedings.

I’m also well versed in commodities, gaining experience with our Commodities team in London. I advise on disputes relating to the international sale and transportation of commodities and arbitrations under the rules of major trade associations (such as GAFTA and FOSFA).

I combine over a decade of private practice expertise with valuable in-house experience, empowering me to deliver advice that’s practical and commercially pragmatic, always tailored to the client’s needs.

Known for remaining calm under pressure, I help clients navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence, turning uncertainty into action that drives successful outcomes.
