About me
I specialise in health-focused real estate law, advising NHS Trusts, estate and facilities subsidiaries, and independent healthcare providers on everything from estate strategy to development agreements and leasing.
With deep experience in capital projects, restructurings and complex title issues, I’m known for providing clear, commercial advice that gets transactions delivered – on time and within budget.
Clients describe me as friendly, responsive and proactive. I’m proud to lead our Newcastle office and bring a regional perspective to our national practice. My in-depth knowledge of NHS estate transformations means I often spot potential issues before they arise – and know how to resolve them creatively and collaboratively.
I’m also a busy mum, linguistics enthusiast, and keen gardener. Japan, France and Durham all have a piece of my story and Sam Fender’s Hypersonic Missiles is always on my playlist.

- The creation of wholly owned estates and subsidiary companies. Including the creation of Multi Trust Subsidiary Models where Trusts work together across a region to deliver estates and facilities services.
- The development of a Community Diagnostic Centre in a former retail store.
- Sales of NHS Land for development and Development agreements between NHS Trusts and private developers for the delivery of new healthcare buildings. In particular for Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust at their Northumbria, Specialist Emergency Care Hospital (NSEC) where I advised on their new Health and Wellbeing Centre, Equipment Sterilisation Unit and Education and Training Centre.
- Acting for London International Patient Services in the leasing of retail space in Battersea Power Station for a healthcare clinic and pharmacy.
