About me
I’m a specialist in yacht financing and refinancing, as well as in aircraft sales and purchases. My clients include ultra-high net worth individuals and lenders such as banks, financiers and funds.
My experience includes advising on yacht construction financing, financing second-hand yacht purchases and re-financing and re-structuring yacht loans, along with transactions involving deferred consideration. I also advise on complex aviation sale and purchase arrangements.
My approach is to focus on each client’s commercial goals and appetite for risk, delivering clear and efficient advice, tailored to their circumstances, so they can successfully execute a transaction.
Before joining the firm, I worked in leveraged finance, and so I bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience which is uncommon in the market. This allows me to assess transactions from a fresh perspective and suggest novel solutions to issues as they arise. Finding a workable solution to a complex challenge is something I find thrilling every time!
I think it’s important to promote a positive workplace culture and support good causes and as part of this, I help to organise social events in our London offices, including various charity fundraising events throughout the year.
