About me

I’m a corporate lawyer who helps clients navigate complex legal structures and ensure transactions are legally sound, so they can focus on their growth and success. I have experience in handling a range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.

I work with a range of private companies, from start-ups to well-established firms. I also advise individuals involved in business ventures, joint ventures and investments.

My approach is centred around truly understanding a client’s needs and goals. I get to know their business, industry and long-term objectives so I can give the most focused advice possible.

Clients can count on me to be a reliable adviser they can trust to handle matters with great care. I understand the fast-paced nature of corporate work, and I pride myself on being consistently available, especially in high pressure situations, so clients feel supported and confident at every stage.

The most rewarding part of my job is knowing I’ve directly contributed to a client’s success, be it through a well-executed transaction, precisely drafted document or seamless restructuring process.

  • Assisted as part of the team advising Downing on the £344 million sale of student accommodation schemes to Blackstone.
