About me
I specialise in all aspects of construction law, advising main contractors, developers, and specialist sub-contractors on construction and engineering projects. My work spans the full range of construction disputes as well as allegations of professional negligence.
My adjudication and mediation experience is extensive and I’m focused on meeting the needs of our clients and finding clarity in often complex situations.
Clients value my balance of technical detail and strategic advice, along with my ability to cut to the chase and provide practical solutions. Whatever the issue, I aim to support my clients’ long-term success.
I’ve worked on all JCT and NEC forms of contract and have produced bespoke contract conditions for several main contractors. I also deliver training to those in the construction sector, as well as advising on the impact of the Building Safety Act.
Since May 2025, I have been heading up Hill Dickinson’s Construction and Engineering team.
When I’m not working, I’m usually listening to or playing music, playing golf to varying degrees of success, or making time for family, which is essential for keeping my head in the right place when things move fast.
