About me

My expertise relates to planning law, and I specialise in the development of strategic land, large scale housing/mixed-use sites, and biodiversity net gain/natural capital.

I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including land promoters, housebuilders, developers, PBSA providers, charities and funders.

My role is to make the planning process as smooth as I can for the clients, helping them to navigate a range of competing demands. I work in a very collaborative way with clients, and always seek to understand their unique priorities and commercial drivers in order to help them achieve success.

No development site is ever ‘easy,’ and I enjoy the challenge of unlocking each one. It’s so rewarding to work with the client, consultants and other stakeholders, guiding them through the process to ensure that we can deliver the scheme in a way that aligns with the client’s priorities.

I’m passionate about mental health and wellbeing, and have championed both throughout my career.
