About me
I’m an experienced legal director with a broad practice across a range of regulatory regimes from serious health and safety incidents through to product safety, consumer issues and regulatory compliance.
Key areas of focus include construction, logistics, retail and health, as well as representing professionals such as accountants and vets. I also advise sports stadiums in respect of regulatory compliance, policies and procedures.
I have considerable experience acting for both prosecution and defence, which provides an excellent insight into the entire life cycle of a regulatory case and the ability to give clients focused strategic advice from the earliest stages of an investigation.
It’s certainly true that no two days are the same, which is exactly how I like it!
