About me

I’m a specialist in cases involving mental capacity, mental health, community care and serious medical treatment matters. I work with both NHS Trusts and ICBs.

I offer end-to-end support, steering clients through every step of the process, from providing initial advice to representing clients at court of protection round table meetings and at hearings.

I approach every matter with a positive and open mindset, working together with clients to resolve the query promptly, while being highly responsive and quick to get to the heart of the matter.

Having over two decades of experience, I can draw on a deep well of expertise, ensuring clients make the right decisions for their circumstances, no matter the scenario they face. I’m especially knowledgeable in mental capacity law, having achieved a distinction in my master’s degree in adult safeguarding.

I always pull out all the stops to secure the best possible result for my clients. Seeing them reach a successful outcome, knowing I helped them get there, makes it all worthwhile.
