About me
I’m an experienced commercial litigator, well-versed in all types of disputes ranging from contract and company disputes to injunctions and financial and fraud claims.
My clients are drawn from several sectors and include individuals and SMEs, Plcs and blue chip companies, as well as major household names and institutions.
I like to keep things as simple and straightforward as possible for clients bearing in mind the complexity, and often unwanted nature, of litigation. My clients appreciate that I’m astute and commercially minded, leaving no stone unturned, but I’m also easy-going and always try to put clients at ease by talking their language.
The reward for me is when I can successfully help clients avoid litigation they often didn’t want or choose to be engaged in – that’s always very satisfying.
Away from work, I’m chair of trustees of Baby Lifeline, a charity aimed at fundraising and educating in the mother and baby space. I’m also the founder and chair of Moseley Summer Ball, a local charity raising funds for homeless initiatives.
