I’m an associate who practices corporate law.
The kinds of matters I support clients on include mergers and acquisitions, disposals and private equity investments as well as group reorganisations.
I work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from investors, founders and high net worth individuals to businesses of all sizes, from SMEs and start-ups to large corporates.
I take a proactive and pragmatic approach, ensuring the client’s goals are at the forefront of everything I do, so I can provide the bespoke advice they need to act with confidence.
As a person, I’m very tenacious and diligent. This shapes the way I work. I always go the extra mile to ensure challenges are resolved and aims are met. The hard work is always worth it, as seeing a transaction complete successfully really is rewarding.

- Advised the Xeinadin Group on the acquisition of an accountancy and professional services firm as part of its buy-and-build strategy.
- Advised the shareholders of Kammac Ltd on the £100 million sale to the Elanders Group, while working for a previous firm.
- Advised a tier 1 business in the utilities industry on several strategic acquisitions, while working for a previous firm.
- Acted for the Intec Group on a number of acquisitions as part of its growth strategy, while working for a previous firm.
