About me

As a banking and finance specialist I advise lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of transactions including real estate finance and corporate finance deals.

I take a pragmatic approach, offering clients the expertise they need to make sound commercial decisions, progress deals and reach their objectives. I manage transactions efficiently to keep everything on track, whilst maintaining high quality throughout.

Having qualified via the apprenticeship route, I have years of practical legal experience. I use my background to help clients navigate challenges and find a clear solution to difficult situations.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a deal come together for a client and watching local developments take shape, knowing I helped make it happen.

I’m passionate about expanding access to the legal profession. I take part in the firm’s Schools Outreach Programme and advise students on taking the apprenticeship route into law.

My experience

  • Assisted Chester Zoo on a funding package to support the development of its new safari-style hotel and wildlife habitat.
  • Acted for Alpha Property Lender on completion of a senior facility to assist Socius, First Base Limited and Patron Capital with the refinance of Edward Street Quarter, consisting of offices, residential properties, independent cafes and restaurants in Brighton.
  • Acted for developer-operator Downing on the funding aspects of its £227 million loan facility to finance the development of First Street – a premium co-living development in Manchester.
