I specialise in corporate law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. My client base is diverse, ranging from private equity firms and owner-managed businesses to large corporates across a variety of sectors.
Clients describe me as strategic, proactive and dependable. I take the time to really get to know what each client is aiming for, drawing on this knowledge to provide commercially focused, legally sound solutions that align with their wider business objectives.
My ability to break down a complex legal issue, then analyse it from every angle to determine the best way forward, truly sets me apart. I enjoy the problem-solving nature of what I do and find it rewarding when I empower clients to resolve complicated matters and get to the desired result.
Supporting others is something I genuinely care about. I mentor junior lawyers, helping them develop technically and professionally.
Fun fact about me, I’m a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has taught me discipline and focus. These are qualities that I bring to my legal practice.
