As a Corporate Partner, I specialise in all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate investment, with particular expertise in transactions involving private equity.
I regularly advise private equity sponsors on primary and secondary buyouts, shareholders and management teams on their transactions with both institutional and trade investors, and portfolio companies on bolt-on M&A, senior management equity arrangements and other boardroom matters.
I have practised at market-leading UK and US law firms throughout my career, delivering complex transactions for clients in sectors including construction and engineering, energy and infrastructure, real estate, technology, professional services, retail and consumer, and industrial manufacturing.
I aim to become a trusted long-term partner to my clients, where I know and understand their businesses and the people driving them and can closely support them in fulfilling their ambitions, both by delivering their most significant transactions and providing day-to-day counsel and strategic legal advice.

- Advised the founders of OCU Group on their sale to Triton Partners and the executive team on their co-investment and various bolt-on acquisitions.
- Advised Skoyen Software on the acquisition of Bartec Municipal Technologies.
- Advised the partners of accountancy firm Bishop Fleming on their sale to Synova.
- Advised the shareholders of Bridewell Consulting on their sale to French cybersecurity business I-Tracing backed by Oakley and Eurazeo.
- Advised NorthEdge on the management buyout of occupational health provider Latus Group.
- Advised the shareholders of Nike licensee Zelus Sport on its sale to Sullivan Street Partners.
