I’m an Associate who specialises in construction and engineering. I focus particularly on contentious matters, but I’m adept in advising on non-contentious matters as well.
I’m experienced in handling all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication, litigation, arbitration and mediation, acting in disputes relating to design issues, defects, loss and expense as well as extensions of time.
I represent both national and international clients in the construction industry, including developers, employers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and public sector bodies.
I combine a natural ability to determine clients’ commercial interests with real world experience, having worked both on and off site for construction companies. This unique experience allows me to provide strategic advice, tailored to construction client’s needs, helping them to navigate disputes with ease and confidence.
I build strong relationships with clients, communicating clearly and openly about any obstacles they may face and offering support at every stage. I’m always ready to help a client resolve a difficult dispute and achieve a favourable outcome.
