About me
As an experienced commercial litigator, I help businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to plcs, effectively navigate commercial disputes.
My practice spans a wide range of areas, with a particular focus on complex breach of contract claims, corporate disputes, professional negligence, recovering large commercial debts, business protection claims and disputes involving business rates.
I also act for clients in the education sector and have experience in supporting higher and further education clients, such as universities, on various of claims, including those brought under the Equality Act 2010.
I take a pragmatic, collaborative and commercially focused approach, putting the best interests of the client at the heart of everything I do. I work with my clients to understand their goals and all the options available, so they can resolve the dispute as quickly and effectively as possible.
I’m a firm believer that going to trial should be a last resort and use relevant strategies to reach an early resolution where possible. Should the case reach court, I provide the robust representation my client needs to maximise their chances of reaching a favourable verdict.
