As an Associate in Hill Dickinson’s London Corporate team, I advise a broad range of organisations, from owner-managed businesses to large corporations on domestic and international transactions.
I’m all about working collaboratively, so bring a personable approach to guiding our clients through mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, group reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate advisory work.
My aim is to truly understand our clients’ businesses and objectives, so I can provide advice that’s clear, commercial and focused. Building strong relationships is a priority, so clients value and can rely on me as their trusted advisor.
Nothing is more rewarding in my role than helping clients find solutions to their problems, supporting them in achieving their goals and seeing them succeed.
Away from work, I’ve always been inspired by parents and their resilience and ambition. A core memory for me was an incredible road trip from San Francisco to San Diego.
