- Advised Modine on the acquisition and leaseback of a £10 million property in Bradford that completed in 12 days from the date of instruction.
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of development sites with values at over £5 million.
- Acting landlord side in the lettings on key mixed-use sites (industrial, leisure and retail) across the Yorkshire region with rental income on some of the leases exceeding half a million.
