About me
I’m an Employment law specialist with a wealth of experience advising businesses across many different sectors.
Central to my work is the ability to problem-solve. Whether I’m dealing with a brief query or representing a client in a long-running litigation matter, the challenge – and the satisfaction of a job well done - is always to secure the best possible outcome for the client.
After nearly 30 years in practice, I’m able to draw on a career’s worth of knowledge and experience to quickly understand the core issues and distil that knowledge down to the few key points the client needs to know at any given time.
Clients find me to be ultra-responsive, rigorous and clear both in approach and delivery of advice on what they need to do – it’s about understanding what they want and helping them as much as I can to achieve it.
I’ve probably lost a lot of sleep over the years thinking about my clients’ problems despite not charging them for the thinking time, but I still look forward to the challenge that each new enquiry brings!
Outside of work, I’m a keen cyclist – it keeps me fit and frees the mind.
