I’m a commercial, technology and data protection lawyer who supports a wide range of business clients. I have particular expertise advising clients that operate within the insurance and technology sectors.
I help clients buy and sell a wide range of commercial and technology products, solutions and services. I also regularly support insurers, MGAs and brokers, particularly advising on matters where technology and insurance intersect.
I’m proactive by nature, and I bring a practical and solutions driven approach to every matter. I focus on simplifying complex issues and translating them into clear, workable solutions that enable clients to move forward with confidence, so they can concentrate on what matters to them – whether that’s achieving strategic goals, managing risk, or unlocking new commercial opportunities.
I’m particularly interested in the development of AI and other innovative technologies. The legal landscape in this area is constantly evolving, and I enjoy helping clients keep up with requirements and helping them tackle compliance confidently, while empowering them to achieve success.

- Advising a global technology company on the commercial, consumer, data protection and intra group arrangement aspects of the development of a new digital service.
- Advising insurers on a range of commercial matters, including material outsourcing, TOBAs, IT outsourcing and technology solution procurement.
- Advising on various data protection matters in relation to commercial arrangements, IT solutions, technology deployment, including advising on international data transfers, data breaches and cookie deployment.
- Advising on various commercial, IT and technology-based contracts including SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements and agreements for the purchase of goods.
