Having practiced for over a decade, I’m a dedicated costs solicitor who works with NHS Resolution and other private medical insurers.
I’m a specialist in clinical negligence claims and also advise on high-value costs claims, prepare Points of Dispute, negotiate agreements and attend detailed assessments.
My goal is always to deliver for the client, providing commercially savvy advice and undertaking robust negotiations, to maximise their chances of success.
I resolve cost claims swiftly where possible, and I’m experienced in alternative dispute resolution. If assessment proceedings become necessary, I aim to limit the costs involved as much as possible.
