About me

I’m an associate specialising in health and clinical negligence, assisting in defending and resolving complex and high-value claims and other health-related disputes for NHS Trusts and private health providers.

I pride myself on being approachable and easy to talk to, and am all about providing our clients with clear, sensible and practical advice.

My goal is for clients to feel reassured and in good hands, and to find working with our team to be a positive experience.

During my time with Hill Dickinson, I completed a one-year secondment as acting head of legal at a large NHS Trust managing inquests and claims. The role gave me invaluable insight and a deeper understanding of our clients’ needs, while sharpening up my expertise in regulatory matters and inquests.

Outside of work, one of my favourite memories is a trip to the Amalfi Coast for a friend’s wedding. And on a more personal note, my biggest inspiration are my parents who’ve shaped who I am today.

My experience

  • Advised NHS Resolution
  • Advised private health insurers
  • Advised individual health trusts
  • Dealing with my own caseload and assisting partner (Jonathan Heap).
  • Completed my law degree at the University of Manchester followed by my LPC at the University of Law Manchester, graduating with distinction.
