About me

I’m a real estate lawyer who offers lenders, borrowers, investors and developers the expertise they need to successfully execute transactions and meet their commercial aims.

I’m a specialist in real estate transactions, with particular expertise in investment and development funding transactions – including complex restructuring work. I also deal with various other aspects of commercial real estate including investment, development and landlord and tenant matters.

The goal for me is always to deliver outstanding service. I take a proactive approach, ensuring clients have the legal and commercial insight they need to take the best course of action, keeping them up to date with the latest developments and doing everything in my power to hit the deadline.

Transactional work is, by nature, fast paced and I find that truly rewarding. There’s something infinitely exciting about beating the odds to get the deal over the line.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family.

My experience

  • I trained and worked at Squire Patton Boggs (formerly Hammonds LLP) before moving to Gateley LLP and then Hill Dickinson LLP.
  • Mainly act for major clearing banks, lenders and bridging lenders as well as borrower’s obtaining funding.
  • An area of interest is restructuring and I have experience in distressed sales and the property aspects of group reorganisations.
  • I also have experience of dealing within the hotel and care home sectors.
