With over 20 years’ HR leadership experience in the legal sector, I work closely with the senior team to help our people unlock their potential by connecting purpose, performance and culture.
My people-first approach focuses on long-term development, wellbeing, engagement and inclusion. Building strong relationships and supporting colleagues at every stage of their career is at the heart of what I do. The passion and energy I bring to work is fuelled by music and travel. Y-Traxx’s Mystery Land is a personal favourite. When it comes to holidays, I’ll never tire of visiting Rome, for the food, the history, and the sheer joy of it all.
