About me

I’m a property lawyer who specialises in life sciences and education sector work.

My life sciences work spans the leasing of lab space for pharma and deep tech to space research and large-scale developments. I act for clients in the ‘Golden Triangle’, helping to promote the sector in the North East and am a member of the BPF Life Sciences Networking Group.

I’m highly regarded by clients for my knowledge of the education sector and its challenges. I advise higher education institutions on estate management, development and life sciences. I also advise school trusts on academy conversions, as well as on property portfolio management, trust re-brokerage and complex development projects.

Clients see me as responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I deliver commercially focused advice, in a way that’s easy for clients to understand, so they know how best to achieve what’s important to them.

I’m driven by a desire to improve lives and communities. That’s why I find the work I do so rewarding, as I get to see how it benefits other people. I also take part in events to raise funds for local causes like sponsored walks.
