I am an employment law specialist who supports healthcare organisations, including NHS England, NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers, on the full spectrum of employment matters.
Areas I advise on range from HR advice and guidance on grievances and absence management through to defending complex and high-value litigated matters.
Whenever I act for a client, I provide expert, creative advice that’s easy to understand, giving them the clarity and insight they need to forge ahead with confidence to reach a successful outcome.
Clients describe me as friendly, approachable and a pleasure to work with, while noting my knowledge of PGDiTs is “unparalleled” and my ability to apply it to complex and high-risk litigation is “invaluable”.
I never run away from a problem – I tackle it head on, clearing the way for my clients to move forward. The intellectual challenge of defending complex litigation is actually one of my favourite parts of this role!
I’m here for the long term, and I work tirelessly to build strong relationships, so my clients know they can depend on me, whatever the future may bring.
Giving back is also important to me, and I regularly get involved in CSR activity at the firm.
