About me
I am an employment lawyer who helps healthcare industry organisations navigate workplace issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and workplace disputes.
Clients describe me as clear, supportive and solution-orientated, acting as the safe pair of hands they need to act with confidence. My approach is to make the complex simple, taking the time to understand the challenge my clients face and what they want to achieve, before offering clear, practical and pragmatic advice and working collaboratively to reach the best outcome.
I don’t just apply the law — I tailor it to the unique pressures and priorities my clients face, empowering them to navigate whatever situation they face with assurance and ease. I’m committed to resolving issues efficiently, without unnecessary conflict or delay, while protecting my clients’ rights and interests.
I think ahead, nurturing relationships based on trust, mutual respect and shared goals. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built, through which I’ve made a real positive impact for my clients, whether it’s resolving disputes, avoiding litigation or implementing complex organisational changes.
Personal and professional development is a passion of mine. I enjoy learning, growing and finding new ways to support clients, so I can help them respond to changes quickly in a fast-moving area of law.
