People mean everything here. As Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility Manager, I lead initiatives that make our workplace more inclusive while strengthening our community impact.
Since joining Hill Dickinson in 2006, I’ve grown within the HR team. Since 2021, this has meant embedding our ED&I strategy into everything we do: from breaking down barriers to fostering belonging. It’s also down to me to ensure our values translate into meaningful contributions to the communities we serve.
One of my proudest moments was collaborating with competitors to deliver Step into Law, a programme introducing students to diverse legal careers and pathways.
