I’m a tax and structuring partner and provide advice, specialist input and transactional support to corporates, partnerships and owner-managed business.
I have particular expertise advising PE houses and management teams, financial services providers and real estate developers and investors.
As a lawyer, I support my clients by delivering holistic, bespoke advice on complex and international mandates (with appropriate local law input where relevant), collaborating and, where needed, taking the lead on projects requiring technical confidence to draw together specialist input. Unlike some tax lawyers, I’m equally at home providing structuring advice or working with other tax specialists to implement and troubleshoot their proposals.
My goal is always to help clients get to the point where they understand the options open to them and can take commercial decisions or give instructions with a proper understanding of the tax consequences. It’s important that my clients know I ‘get’ their issues, and I take satisfaction in knowing I’ve helped them achieve their objectives in a considered, compliant and tax-efficient way.
