About me
I specialise in pensions law, with a focus on defined benefit pension schemes. My work involves advising trustees, both professional trustees and lay trustees, corporate sponsors on a wide range of issues, including scheme governance, funding negotiations, regulatory compliance and risk management.
I also support clients through corporate transactions, helping them understand and manage the pensions implications.
My aim is to be approachable, responsive and solutions-focused. Pensions law can be complex and technical, so I prioritise clear communication and practical advice and as someone who qualified recently, bring fresh energy and a modern perspective to my work.
I’m rewarded by helping clients navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges in a way that protects members’ benefits and supports long-term scheme sustainability. I take a collaborative approach to gain an understanding of your goals and constraints, and tailor my advice accordingly.
My proudest career moments have to be securing my training contract in 2021 and qualifying in 2024 and I recently enjoyed hosting a fundraising event for World Mental Health Day.
