About me
As a specialist in commercial property law, my role is to help private companies and NHS bodies make property transactions in the healthcare sector.
Areas I advise on include leases, agreements for leases, asset management, disposals and acquisitions and refinancing as well as dealing with NHS funding of development projects.
The client always comes first for me. I take the time to get to know my client’s business, how they operate and their appetite for risk, so I can tailor my approach to their unique circumstances.
Efficient and knowledgeable by nature, I offer commercially sound advice that’s easy to understand, and then go to great lengths, no matter the time pressures involved, to get the deal done. Seeing my clients achieve their goals, and knowing that I played a part in that really makes it all worth it.
Sustainability is an issue that’s close to my heart. I’m a member of the firm’s ESG working group and play an active role in encouraging colleagues to engage with our sustainability initiatives.
An animal lover as well, I’m a keen equestrian and I’ve had my horse Amber since she was a foal. I’m even qualified as an equine podiatrist!
