About me
I’m a specialist in Shipping litigation and sanctions law.
My practice spans a wide range of areas, from the various issues that arise out of charterparties to bills of lading, contracts of affreightment and ship building contracts. Along with this, I help clients ensure their shipping activities comply with both UK and international sanctions law.
I advise clients from across the shipping industry including ship owners, charterers and insurers.
My aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients, every time. I make it my mission to truly understand my clients’ aspirations, operations and circumstances, so I can provide a realistic assessment of their options, empowering them to pursue the most effective course of action.
No matter the circumstances, I’m always there for my clients. I’m known for my ability to stay calm under pressure and when the stakes rise, I’m ready to guide clients through any challenges they face, so they can move forward with purpose and bring about success.
