I help NHS trusts and NHS Resolution navigate claims to achieve the best possible outcome. I specialise in defending clinical negligence claims brought against trusts, but I also have experience in defending fast track and multi track employers and public liability claims brought against trusts.
I offer detailed advice, ensuring the client knows every avenue available to them and what they can realistically expect once they make a decision.
I’m on hand to support throughout each stage of the process, no matter the challenges involved. I ran my own caseload of pre-action clinical negligence claims and supported the wider team for nine years before I qualified, giving me an exhaustive understanding of how the process works.
