About me
I’m a restructuring lawyer, working with a range of clients including insolvency practitioners, receivers, directors, financial institutions and creditors.
My role is to help clients with insolvent corporate transactions, advisory work for directors of distressed businesses, asset-backed receivership advisory work and asset disposal.
In an environment that can often be complex and stressful for clients, I find that a friendly, collaborative approach works best. I listen to my clients’ specific needs, aim to provide straightforward commercial advice and work with them to achieve the best possible outcome. It’s about finding solutions and a different way forward, then bringing all the elements together to make that happen.
I’m also a qualified insolvency practitioner, formerly appointment-taking, which gives me a unique insight into our clients’ needs and perspectives.
To add balance to my day-to-day priorities, I like to get involved in fundraising for our nominated office charity. It’s really important to me to have something that also brings me together with colleagues from across other teams, all while giving something back.
