About me
I’m a commercial litigator focusing on intellectual property and technology related disputes. My work often spans several jurisdictions, and I have substantial experience in coordinating high value and complex litigation and arbitration internationally.
I advise clients ranging from multinationals to owner managed businesses, many of whom work in innovative, fast growing sectors. Commercial thinking shapes my approach – I understand that wider business goals guide the strategy we adopt and I am committed to giving advice that is clear, straightforward and commercial.
The matters I handle often involve detailed technical information and clients value my ability to explain this in a way that feels accessible. I also regularly support overseas clients who aren’t familiar with the English legal system, ensuring they feel fully supported throughout the process.
What I enjoy most about my work is securing the best possible outcome for my clients, whether through formal proceedings or a well timed early resolution. Over the years I’ve built strong, lasting relationships and am proud to still work with some of the very first clients I advised.
